This workshop will show you how to make effective scrap quilts from a number of simple star blocks combines with scrap fabrics. Quick piecing and rotary cutting techniques cut out the need to use templates and speed up the production process. Students must be familiar with the rotary cutting set and the sewing machine as this method requires precision in both cutting and sewing an acurate 1/4" seam.
Katherine Guerrier is a well known writer and quilter. She is active in teaching in the Uk and in March 2007 her 10th book 'Scrap Quilt Sensations' was published by David and Charles.
