Saturday Sampler 2013 Starts 2nd Feb 2013 Ref: SatSamp
Pay an upfront fee of £30, for this you receive the pattern and fabric for two blocks.

Each month bring your completed blocks to the Saturday Sampler session to receive the next ones free. The number of blocks given out at each session will vary

Dates Feb 2nd, March 2nd, April 6th, May 4th, June 1st, July 6th, Aug 3rd, Sept 7th, Oct 5th, Nov 2nd

You must attend the full session with your completed block in order to get the next one (if you miss a session you may purchase the blocks for £5.00 each) You must attend in person.

There are 12 blocks in all. This Quilt is mainly applique

You will need to purchase additional fabric to complete the quilt (either to our prescribed pattern or you may complete it in any way you choose).

Extra blocks will be available to purchase for £5, you may need to pre order these.

Dressmakers Helper Weds 6th Feb 2.00pm - 4.30pm Ref: DH06022013

Bring your dressmaking patterns or projects and Vanessa will be on hand to help you get going, or to help you reslove fitting issues etc. ideal for beginner dressmakers who want to know where to get started. Help with pattern cutting, planning, fitting, sewing. This class will run alternate weeks. Buy a Helper Pass of 4 Sessions and get 40% discount (dates must run consecutively)

Join Sally for this complex block - requires confidence with cutting and sewing an accurate 1/4" seam. For confident beginner / improver. You must be able to cut accurately and sew an acurate 1/4" seam.

Beginners Sampler Quilt Course Starts Fri 15th Feb 2.00 - 4.30pm Ref: BS150213

In this 10 session course Sally White shows you how to make a stunning patchwork quilt. Using a range of different techniques both old and modern, by hand and by machine, this course builds your knowledge and skills in various patchwork methods. You will learn basic quilting techniques and by the end of the course have a beautiful sampler quilt to treasure. Be prepared for lots of homework. Dates Dates 15/02, 22/02, 15/03, 05/04, 26/04, 10/05, 17/05, 31/05, 14/06, 05/07.
