Hoffman Bali Fabrics

These original Hoffman designs are produced by hand on the lush tropical island of Bali. The fabric is either painted by hand with dye, batiked, or created with a combination of these processes. Some designs have as many as five different techniques used to create the finished piece.

Bali Pops are a collection of 40 different 2.5" x 44" strips of batik fabric from Hoffman Fabrics. A Bali Pop is basically a batik fabric version of a jelly roll

The brilliant Brenda Henning has come up with an effective and practical sewing technique for dealing with slight variations of strip width that might be found on occasion in some packs of Bali Pops.
